Shipping Terms

Delivery is made within Germany as well as to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland and other member states of the European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs:

  • Germany: free shipping (€0.00)
  • Austria: €13.00
  • Switzerland: €20.00
  • EU (remaining countries): €15.00

The respective shipping costs incurred will be clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

The goods are shipped via the most favorable shipping route using the shipping service providers DHL or DPD.

Delivery Times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place:

  • within Germany: 3 – 5 working days
  • for international deliveries: 3 – 5 working days after conclusion of the contract

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract.

If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

Partial Deliveries

If several items with different delivery times are included at the time of the order, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.

  • Deliverable items will be shipped first.
  • Items not available will be reserved for the customer.
  • Shipping of the reserved items takes place according to availability (e.g. after publication of the respective title).

No additional shipping costs will be incurred by the customer as a result of partial deliveries.

Notes on International Deliveries

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland), additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include in particular:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes (e.g. import sales tax)
  • Fees from credit institutions

Special Notes on Foreign Currency Orders

For orders in foreign currencies, it may be necessary for the customer to be redirected to external platforms to complete the ordering process.

In these cases, the order button is redirected:

  • to Amazon.com (billing in US Dollars) or
  • to Amazon.co.uk (billing in British Pounds (GBP))

The terms and conditions and payment terms of the respective platform also apply to these orders.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available for deliveries within Germany and abroad:

Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Fiserv (formerly TeleCash).

PayPal

Payment is made via the provider PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website during the ordering process. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment.

SEPA Direct Debit

By selecting the SEPA direct debit payment method, you grant us a corresponding mandate. The collection takes place via our payment service provider after the conclusion of the contract. Pre-notification is carried out within the framework of legal requirements.

Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

Payment by credit card is made via the providers Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged immediately after completion of the order.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Prices and Value Added Tax

All prices are final prices including the statutory value-added tax plus any shipping costs that may apply.
