Finally, visibility – in this book, the important constructivist artist Marlow Moss steps out of the shadow of the great artists of her time. An important inspiration for Moss was the work of her friend, the artist Piet Mondrian, which she absorbed and developed artistically. Parts of her oeuvre were lost due to her Jewish heritage and destruction during the Second World War – her work and life are now comprehensively recounted and reinterpreted by contemporary artists.
